■This is an encoder with intelligent features that allow programmable resolution and output frequency. It maintains an ultra-small sensor head while incorporating an interpolation accuracy correction function, achieving ultra-high resolution. The 3500/3500Si models realize linear resolution of 5nm and rotary resolution of 64,000,000 CPR. It can be used for both linear and rotary applications, and setup is easy.
